Note: We are in handicraft business so we never package damaged items or items having defects.
Never accept damaged package!
Verify the item quality and quantity with invoice before accepting the package from courier service.
In case of any discrepancy, refuse to accept the delivery. Please let us know about it through email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Accept delivery only when packaging is in good condition by putting a suitable remark on the proof of delivery.
We will pursue the matter of damage to the courier company for the refund. Once the courier has approved and paid the claim to you, we will forward the amount to you.
Usually the shipping company don’t ensure the delivery to be done without damage. There are insurance available and South Asian Handicraft mostly take insurance. In case of damage, application with photo has to be sent within 1 week to the shipping company head office, the customer will get full refund of full amount but the processing of insurance can take at least 4 months.
Note: According to data from our research about handicraft, 998 out 1000 shipments get delivered in right condition.
